It has a bad pot hole at the point where the driveway meets the street, however. That pothole has caused dirt and erosion to wash over the driveway and give the appearance that it is unpaved. On a side -note, I'll bet the garage floor gets flooded every time it rains, based on contour of land,location of the garage, and pitch of the driveway. They have an unpaved driveway that Brian Strand found for us. It's their 2nd driveway, which goes to the backyard to a 2nd accessory structure, which they received a SUP for in 1987. At that time it wasn't stipulated that they needed a paved driveway. Anyway, the current owners purchased the house in 2003 and I've drafted a letter to them to have them contact me with the schedule to get the driveway paved. However, today after my doctors appt. I drove by and it appears that some of the driveway may be asphalt, but in very bad condition. Before, I send the letter, I was wondering if either of you would mind driving by sometime in the next couple days to see what you think?
