Sincerely, Build MgA nspector DJ/mh An Inside Look At How Your ftal Is caasbvcted THE POOL THAT'S SELF-SUPPORTING WITH OR WITHOUT WATER More than a promise, this claim is fully supported by a complete Engineering Report produced by an independent professional engineering firm. After selecting the ideal location, the pool is laid out. The pool is excavated to the dimensions pro- vided on the Fox drawing. This brace, installed every 4' coupled with the vertical Z -bar@ stiffeners - welded every Z' - gives your X -Brace"'' pool outstanding strength. This Fox -created design concept has been imitated but not duplicated. All Fox claims are backed - in writing - in a detailed Engineering report. -U.S.Patent No. 4,797,957 V #14m, Al Here the walls have been backfilled and the decking partially poured, visual proof that the pool can be backfilled and the deck poured with no need to equalize backfill with internal water pressure. The Fox recommended construction method applies to rectangular and free form pools. Here a sand, vermiculite or sand/cement bottom is shaped and smoothed to the dimensions provid- ed on the Fox "dig" drawing. FOXGARD® components are placed in position around the pool. - A variety of panel lengths meaning customizing capabilities, "Z" stiffeners span the total height of each panel for rigidity, strength and support. - All panels are precision drilled for accurate alignment, accurate brace assembly and location of rerods for footer and deck supports. Fox Panels aped Braces are assembled and the pool walls are plumbed and leveled. Several tons of concrete are poured around the Braces and Panels, to serve as a permanent footer. Note the bulwark of braces. - Pre-radiused corners eliminate the need for fillers, wedges or other fillers - curved transition eliminates fight angle corners, improving water circulation. - Specially plated bolts and fasteners assure a corrosion -free underground structure for lasting performance and beauty. Page 23 The linerisinstalled and thepool is ready to be filled. In this case, the pool could be complete- ly filled before backfilling or pouring the deck, further evidence of the Fox statement that the pool is self-supporting. - Entire pool structure, braces, panels and straight wall stiffeners are FOX- GARD® brand - these are entirely encapsulated in a protective material for lasting corrosion protec- tion. Crystal clear water... effortlessly Looking for top -end filter performance with the lowest maintenance? Look at a cartridge filter. This long -proven design uses special filter elements to strip particles from pool water with great effectiveness ... particles so small they are measured in microns... particles the human eye cannot even detect. Maintenance? Open the top. Remove the cartridge. Hose it off. That's it. But all cartridge filters aren't the same. And the secret to the most effective filters is the design and consistency of the cartridge itself. Are the materials manufactured for the utmost consistency of all surfaces to block and trap the maximum amount of solids? Are the most durable materials used to maximize the cartridge's life? Is maximum surface area designed -in to capture the most dirt and provide the longest periods between cleanings? All Pentair filters feature cartridges made to demanding specifications under the strictest quality control standards. This ensures they produce the cleanest and clearest water while standing up for the long run. Clean & Clear PLUS filters also feature the ultimate in surface area with four cartridges in a single system for extremely long service between cleanings. F2 The design that unleashed a new era in whisper -quiet operation The right pump should circulate all pool water at least once a day ... as efficiently as possible. Greater efficiency means lower utility costs ... and the key lies in the heart of the pump's design. The secret is to minimize friction and turbulence. Less friction means greater efficiency. Less turbulence means less noise. That's why all Pentair pumps feature a proprietary hydraulic design that's been refined over 40 years for superior performance. In fact, they are so efficient they often deliver the required flow and pressure using smaller horsepower motors—which cost less to run. No wonder more than 2 million Pentair pumps have been selected by pool professionals. WhisperFlo's innovative hydraulic design moves water more efficiently and more quietly than competitive pumps. Under typical operating conditions,WhisperFlo offers the greatest water flow of any high performance pump—yet with the lowest electrical consumption. WhisperFlo is engineered to provide optimum performance in a complete range of installations, including pool/spa combinations. It also delivers the power needed for suction -side, pressure -side, and in -floor cleaning systems.
