I am sending this notice to all three properties as property lines weren't clearly identified. City Code requires the property owner to get a Land Alteration Permit' and submit a grading plan to place dirt material. At that time, we also review changes in the drainage pattern. Since the ground is now froze, the dirt material must be removed after the ground thaws. 1 would also recommend that you monitor the drainage and prevent flooding of adjacent properties during the spring melt if the material is not removed by May 15, 2006, the issue will be turned over to the Code Enforcement office for resolution. Code Enforcement has the authority to write citations and take legal action. In 5 years with the City, I have always been able to resolve land disturbance issues with property owners without citations.
