The following items need considerations
1. Provide a four foot fence, minimum with self closing and self .latching
gates. (Survey in 1971 shows a cyclone and wood fence). A pool with a
four foot height may utili.ae a fence and gate around the ladder to the
pool.
2. All electrical work shall be approved and inspected by the Electrical
Inspector.

3. Provide a, backflow, preventer on the outside faucet used to fill the
pool.
4. Bo overhead electric lines within 10 - 20 feet of edge of pool.
5. Pump and filter must be N.S.F. approved.
6. Provide a small platform on deck at bottom of ladder to help remove grass
and debris from feet before entering pool.
7. Provide a couple pieces of safety equipment such as a pole and life buoy
with rope.
8. Use your test kit and keep chlorine in the pool. Operate pump and filter
on a 24 hour basis.
