that they have been installed substantially as shown on the

I am instructing the Contractor by copy of this letter to encase
the first length pipe south of Existing M.H. #S-1 in 4" of con-
crete to preserve the pipe in the event of failure of the pipe
arch.
Reproducible "As -Built" drawings are being prepared by the
Contractor for your records.

any and all warranties by Rayco, whether expressed or implied, shall be limited to repair or
replacement, at Rayco's option, of the portion of the work and materials, supplied hereunder that
are determined to be defective. Owner agrees to pay additional reasonable charges, including
hourly rates for idle equipment resulting from delays of Rayco's performance caused by Owner or
