A final inspection was made on June 22, 1978 of the above address and
the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structaire can be f inaled out;
1. Install handrail on last flight of stairs to basement by July 15, 1978.
2. Change 2 x 10 header over 16 foot garage door by July 15, 1978.
3. Install nuts on anchor bolts in garage by July 15, 1978.
4. I7nstall a ball check in floor drain in east unit by July 15, 1978.
S. Provide sod in the front and side yards by August 1, 1978.
