Fridley, MN 55432 Re: Lot Split Request, 4 LS; )€83-01 Dear Ms. Seger: TELEPHONE ( 812)571-3450 On June 6, 1983, the Fridley City Council officially approved your lot split request on Lot 1, Block 2, Spring Lake Park Lakeside Addition with the following stipulations: 1. A seventeen (17) foot right of way easement and an additional fifteen (15) foot bikeway/walkway easement be provided to the City on the north side of the northerly lot. 2. A ten (10) foot easement for utilities, centered on the lot split line, be provided to the City. 3. The property owner agrees to pay any water and sewer utility laterals and service connection assessments if not already paid. 4. The property owner agrees to pay a $500.00 park fee. Please sign the statement below acknowledging receipt of this letter and return a signed copy in the enclosed envelope to the City. As of January 1, 1983, the City is required by State law to record all formal City Council actions affecting real property with the County Recorder.
