Gentlemen:
Please be advised that I am the Administrator for my son, Kenneth
�o Fritz, who is the owner of 1655 73rd Avenue N.E.
At the present time, we are using a private sewer system to serve
the sewer needs. We are at the present time having a problem with the
private system and want to pump the system
We understand that we must hook up to the City's public system,
however, due to the cost of permits and construction, find it impossible
to do so at this time. If we are allowed to restore the private system
now, we will acquire the necessary permits and hook the home up to the
City's sewer system on or before July 1, 1976.
