During the process of final design for the above referenced utility
project, ninimum depth of sanitary sewer was unavoidable due to
existing elevations of existing sei�.ers in the area, therefore, please
be advised that prior to any full basement type construction of
residential buildings, it would be advisable that contact be made
with the Engineering Department to determine the elevation of the
sewer available for your particular future lot.
The design of the sewer will be approximately 8' below the proposed
street elevation.
If you have any specific questions as they pertain to your lot, please
