ILLEGAL TRIPLEX July 22, 2005 AWAIJANE SAMIR&MINDY 5096 HUGHES AVE NE FRIDLEY,MN 55432 RE: First Notice of Noncompliance of the Fridley City Code at 6588 CENTRAL AVE NE Dear Property Owner: The City of Fridley has many code regulations designed to promote sound land management and protect the economic wellbeing of the community. The purpose of this letter is to both inform you about how certain city codes relate to your property's current conditions and to ask for your assistance in resolving a code violation. Upon recent inspection of your property,the following code violation(s)were observed by a member of our staff: • Property has been illegally converted into a tri-plex in the lower level . Fridley City Zoning Code prohibits a property that is zoned R-2 from being used as a three unit structure. A follow up discussion with the Rental Licensing Department of your property will occur soon The City asks that you correct these items by this date. Fridley, Minnesota 55432 Re: 6600-04 Central Avenue, N.E. Dear Mr. Clark:: This is to advise you that we are making arrangements to provide a hard surface driveway for the properties located at 6600-04 Central Avenue N.E. and 6588 Central Avenue N.E. to comply with the requirements of Section 205.065 of the Fridley Zoning Code. It is our plan to have the paving completed this summer, but in any event, the driveway will be a hard surface no Eater than October 1, 1982. It is our understanding that in reliance of this letter, no action will be taken by the City to enforce this zoning provision or cancel occupancy cer- tificates.
