We reinspected the premises on May 15, 1974 and found little or nothing done, as per our instructions in our April 30th letter. This vacant house in its present state does constitute a public hazard and does warrant your immediate attention. There are just a couple of items we feel should be corrected; 1. The ramp or mound of dirt apparently left to load the machine should be leveled. 2. The remaining exposed block debris should be removed or covered. We feel confident that if these two items are corrected that the lot can easily be maintained and the weeds cut.
