We currently have the neighbors at 1335 and 1347 75th Avenue to agree on an easement between them. A street light through this agreement will necessitate the installation of two poles and light the end of the cul-de-sac. We are working with the two property owners to obtain concurrences to install the two poles along the mutual line. once this has been achieved, we will contact NSP to initiate action to install a street light at this location. Should this agreement not be reached, we will again contact Mrs. Bernard and detennine what other courses of action would be desirable.
