I called Information, and they said your number was unpublished; therefore, the delay in getting back to you. You inquired about the price of the lot at 1545 - 75th Avenue. The listing price of the lot is $31,000. For more information on the purchase of this lot, you should contact Grant Femelius at 572-3591. You also inquired as to whether the optional fourth level was necessary on the Deerwood model. I reviewed the plan with the Ron Julkowski, the Building Official, and he said the fourth level is not required. The proposed lower level will meet the City's basement requirement. Ron Julkowski can be reached at 572-3602. The drawing that was submitted as part of the original variance request indicated a lot width of 74.80 feet. This is not part of a certificate of survey. It is still not clear to us if there is the minimum 75 feet of width on the lot, and the City needs to do some further research on this property. I will get back to you as soon as possible to determine if a variance will be required.
