Dear Mr. Dahlmeier:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of January 15, 1975 wherein
it was pointed out to your office that certain items need your attention at
1367-76.th Avenue. The followingis a list.of the deficiencies;
1. Install a products of combustion alarm, to be State approved, in the
hallway leading to the bedrooms. This to be completed on or before
January 27, 1975.
2. Install the street address number on the house to be completed on or
before January 27, 1975.
3. Install a door closer on the door between the dwelling unit (Group I
Occupancy) and the garage (Group J Occupancy) to be completed by
February 3, 1975.
4. The floor joist cut off beneath the bathroom area must be headed
off. This to be completed on or before February 3, 1975.
Would you please call us when you have completed the four items listed
above so that we can reinspect for Code compliance. Your cooperation in this
matter will be appreciated, and if you have any questions please call us at
