I an writing this letter in accordance with a telephone conversation with a gentleman in your department regarding the alrove Building Permit -#11554 and general contractor's License. Mr. Donnny was very ill with Leukemia when he applied for the permit and license but, of course, one always has hopes. I was very sorry to see him even think he could gp t_hr�ough with the building of a home. However, I could not disoourage%Tor fear he would give up hope. He continued to loose strength and was in the hospital most of the time after he applied for these papers. He was never able to even concentrate on business any- more. He died November 21, 1972. I know nothing about the building business and, therefore, will never build on that location or any other. My attorney has advised me to liquidate all I can. I am wondering if the City of Fridley might be interested in buying that property to extend their park. I would be glad to sell it for just what we have put into it, I would appreciate what refund you can give aro on the license and permit* P.S.
