I have reviewed the roof sheathing pictures from your reroof job located at 160 Mississippi
Place NE, Fridley, MN.
Appendix Chapter 15 of the 1997 Uniform Building Code requires that the roof structure
will support the dead load of the new roofing and also that the roof deck is structurally
sound. The plywood appears to have delaminated per your pictures. Per Section
15125.1, the existing roof deck would have to be removed and replaced with APA rated
sheathing.
