Correct the address under legend, resubmit corrected survey. 2. Lot requires final grading such that drainage will not discharge to neighboring properties to north and south. 3. Consider providing retaining wall or other means of grading south of garage to keep east/west drainage on lot. 4. Application for driveway (curb cut) permit required. Applicant is encouraged to apply for permit as soon as possible for coordination purposes. 5. Application for utility connection permit required for water and sanitary sewer service. Applicant is encouraged to apply for permit as soon as possible for coordination purposes. In addition, it is worth considering whether to establish a drainage and utility easement over the westerly 10' and easterly 10' of Lot 1, to allow for north/south passage of utilities (power, telecom, gas) common to other Gateway West lots. I am presuming it is possible Lot 1 was originally intended to be maintained in public ownership. Let me know if you want these comments passed along directly to the surveyor or applicant.
