On August 14, 1996, the Fridley Appeals Commission officially approved your request
for a variance, VAR#96-16, to reduce the rear yard setback for an accessory structure
on a double-fronted lot from 35 feet to 12 feet on Lot 1, Block 2, Nagels Woodlands,
generally addressed as 7595 Able Street and from 35 feet to 20 feet on Lot 2, Block 2,
Nagels Woodlands; Lot 3, Block 2, Nagels Woodlands; Lot 4 Block 2, Nagels
Woodlands; Lot 5, Block 2, Nagels Woodlands; Lot 6, Block 2, Nagels Woodlands; Lot
8, Block 2, Nagels Woodlands; Lot 9, Block 2, Nagels Woodlands; and Lot 10, Block 2,
Nagels Woodlands, generally addressed as 7579, 7565, 7553, 7539, 7527, 7501,
7495, and 7479 Able Street, Fridley, Minnesota, 55432, to allow the construction of
detached two-car garages.
You have one year from the date of the Appeals Commission action to initiate
construction. If you cannot begin construction within one year, you must submit a letter
requesting an extension at least three weeks prior to the expiration date. If you have
