Dear Mr. Clark:
Confirming our meeting on the morning of January 10, 1972,
it is my understanding that we can now proceed with the
above -grade construction of this building.
We will probably be starting on the framing in approximately
three weeks.
We have yet to reach a final drainage plan of this site. Our
engineering must coordinate with that of the City relative to
the creek and we are in a position to have our engineer work
with you on our drainage plan as soon as the plans of the City
are stabilized with respect to the creek elevation, etc.
In this regard, if you will advise me when your information
is ready, I can set up a meeting with our engineer.
In the interim, be assured that we will proceed with no elevation
amendments on the southerly end of our property adjoining the
creek.
