Dear Hank:
About two weeks ago, I inquired with you about the
release of our performance bond for 7845 E. River
Road. We discussed the procedure in getting the bond
released and it was my understanding that you have to
write a letter releasing same but you insisted that
there was a form letter sent by our bonding company
to you that you sign to get the release.
I have now been advised by our bonding agent that a
letter from the City of Fridley stating that the bond
is released and everything has been completed, will be
satisfactory. Enclosed is a copy of a memorandum from
Nordstrom/Larpenteur Agency. Will you kindly write to
them indicating your satisfaction so that the bond can
be released.

Thank you for your correspondence under date of April 10, 1972, regarding
the Meadow Run Apartments.
We have, for the moment, adopted a policy that no additional pets will
be allowed in the apartments.
The condition of the lawn, after the snow melted, was not in good shape
at all as far as dog waste is concerned, because understandably these
matters are not cleaned up in the winter.
We did have an extensive lawn cleaning once already and will have another
one once the lawn dries up to a certain extent.
We encourage all of our tenants to close the garbage containers because
when left open, wind will blow out some of the refuse.
We will re -encourage them with notices on the bulletin board and with a
notation in the next Newsletter.
If you have any additional inquiry relative to this matter, please call

The City has received a complaint on a dog waste problem around
the apartment building located at 7845 East River Road and a garbage
and refuse problem at the same building.
The area around the waste container on the east side of the
building was poorly maintained with litter under and around the
receptacle. The lids were not closed on the containers. I'm
Dsure that you can evaluate the dog waste problem.

Re: Damaged Bearing Wall in Garage
Dear Mr. Fudali
We were called to inspect a damaged wall in Garage #13 7845 East
River Road. I was out and made the inspection on May 2, 1974 and found
at least two studs in the back wall broken. This stud wall does bear the
roof structural member and therefore must be replaced immediately.
We will reinspect said garage on May 15, 1974 to confirm that it has
been properly repaired.
