As the City is moving foivvard to split and sell the Branco property which was purchased
for the widening of Pollc Street,we need to ensure that the deeds for the paicels incorporate
a statement providing for a.a-foot street and utility easement along the easterly property
line. �10
It appears that the simplest way of recording the easement is on the deed itself and,
therefore, these statements must be added to the deed of the new parceLs as they are
established. Clyde Moravetz is available to ensure that the documents are prepared
properly and recorded.
