In addition to the certificate of survey already received, I need
a letter requesting said lot split with both your signature and
the signature of the present owner, this letter should be in our
office as soon as possible.
The proposed scheduling for your request is as follows:
Streets and Utilities meeting first week in December.
Plats and Subdivisions meeting first week in December. ` '
Planning Commission meeting December 12.
Council meeting December 16.
You, or someone else representing you, will be required
to attend the above meetings. We will either ca11 or send you
notice of the meeting dates for the Streets and Utilities meeting
and Plats and Subdivisions meeting.
If there are no complications in getting the approval in
