Prior to canstructing ar repair of any water or sewer tine connectingthe existing municipal system and any house
ar building for which the application is made,the owner or contrac�r shall be required ta obtaln a permit for such
cannection,and shall pay a permit fee as provided in Chapter 11 of thi�Code. After suth connectlan has b�n
made,the Water and Sewer Depafinent shall be nottfied. It shail be unlawful to cover any oonnecting fine until an
inspection has been made and such connecCion and the work indde�tthereto has been approved by the City as a
proper and saitable rnnnection.
