They are on the ROE list. The owner has not been in communication since he purchased it in 2005 and we've received 1 reading in all those years. He came in with a reading because he's selling and want to get the account settled and on track for the closing. He said there is a lock box code of 1974 on the front door. He gave me a meter reading of 1574130 but with his lack of communication I don't trust it and since we need the AMR installed I tald him I wouldn't adjust the account until our guys read the old meter ourselves and installed a new one. Can they also make sure the meter is working properly while they are there? Am sure it's fine but after all the wasted time on this account l want to be sure everything is working right going forward. The guy's name is James Keane and his own home ph#is 952-933-1491.
