HI Wendy,
We have a home at 5906 Benjamin St that sold on 5/25/16. You sent us the email with the reading Pete scanned for the
final already. The problem with this home is the meter hasn't registered any usage since 2011. The whole time the
seller lived there it was the same consumption. I sent them letters and no one ever contacted us back. Whoever bought
the home hasn't called to set up services yet. Could we have the guys go to the home and see if anyone is there to let
them in so we can see if the water meter is backwards,or broken? Maybe replace it with a new AMR? If no one is
home could they leave a notice for them to cali in to us regarding their account and meter that would be great. I don't
know the buyers name either.
