There isn't room for notes on that appointment invite so here is some more info.
Regarding the appointment I just sent. We aren't sure if there is a problem with the AMR already there,but the owner
requested a new one anyways. So whoever goes there will need to bring in a new AMR to install and remove the old
one. He also want s the water turned on at the street. When we turned it off in March 2016 there is a note that the
standpipe was hard to turn. We forewarned the owner then and recently, if we can't get it turned back on he will need
a plumber to do the repair before the water gets turned on. We'll need to do a invoice to charge them for the meter for
$272.55 plus the$25 water turn on fee. Either you can do that or Wendy can when she comes back. Thanks for helping!
