402.05.PERMIT FEE
Priar to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line connectingthe e7dsting municipal system and any house
or building for which the application is made,the nwner or contractor shail be required to o6tain a permit for such
connection,and shall pay a permit fee as provided'm Chapter 11 of ihis Code. After such cannection has been
made,the 11Uater and Sewer Department shaU be notified. It shall 6e unlawful to cover any connecting line untii an
inspection has been made and such connection and the work incidentthereto has heen approved by the Ciry as a
proper and suitable connection.
402.06.REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO CONNECTION
�#�q�a�� -----,a�+�the water service curh stop box orthe sewer lead at the prapert�
line ar a water service or sewer lead has been extended to the propertyline for connection,the applicant,owner,
or the occupant or user of such premises shall be liable for all�epairs required to any wate�line and sewer lines
necessary for connection of the premises from the main to the premises. If the prope�ty owner requests
maintenance service or repairs he performed 6y the City,the prnperty awner shall be charged for the costs of the
. maintenance and/ar repairs, inciuding any necessary street repairs,at a rate set annually by an administrative
policy. It shall be the responsi6ility of the applicant,owner,occupant or user to perform standard maintenance af
