Prior to canstructing or repair of any water or sewer line connectingthe adsting municipal system and any house
or building fQr which the application is made,the owner or contractar shall be required to obtaln a permit for such
cannectian,and shal)pay a permit fee as provided in Chapte�11 of this Code. After such cnnnectiun ha5 been
made,the VVater and Sewer Department shall be not�fied. It shali be unlawful to cover any connecting line until an
inspection has been made and such cannection and the work inddent thereto has 6een approved by the Ctty as a
proper and suitab(e connection.
