1 scheduled an appointment at 35 62"d Way for Tuesday afternoon. The water meter there was installed 1/5/15 and is
an AMR but never scanned and they haven't reacted to my letters until now. The Meter#is 44922176 and the ERT#is
35159218. Don't know why it won't scan, if ineter is installed backwards,or if the serial#is wrong,but I think it pulls up
a 0,so don't think it's the ERT. The son is meeting us there. parents don't speak good English
I've been meaning to ask what are the appointment times again that we can schedule for? The open spots on the
calendar go really late, &I'm sure we aren't supposed to schedule for those times.

402.05.PERMIT FEE �
Prior to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line connecting the existing municipal system and any house
or building for which the application is made,the owner or contraetor�all be required to obtain a permit for such
connection,and shall pay a permit fee as pruvided in Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been
made,the iNater and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shall 6e unlawiul to cover any connecting line until an
inspectiun has been made and such connection and the work incident thereto has been approved 6y the City as a
proper and suitable connection:
