The consumption/reading stil!is 0 and the meter was installed in February I called Mrs Hansen and she said they have been home all the time. They had originally gotten a new head only in November when they really needed tF�e whole meter changed out and then the guys went out and changed out the whole meter on request#9768. Pete scanned it few days later and it scanned ok but still said 0 cons. Now months later it's still scanning 0. I show the meter#44920967 and the correct ert#as 35171749(oddly enough that ert#was very similar to the last ert#) Can we schedule a time for Pete to go in again to see if he can tell why the meter shows 0 consumption? I asked Mr Hansen &her husband is ill& has lots of appointments but maybe they can get in again and recheck all the serial#'s and try to scan the reading again. There should be consumption, not sure why it won't measure here.
