They want the water turned off at the street after they close on 9j26/14. The address is 6312 Starlite Blvd NE and the person responsible will be Kim Fischer. Her ph#is 928-710-7060 and no one will be there to let pw in to be sure the shut off valve works. She is aware there will be a charge. They have the water off inside the home already and are shutting off at street because it will stay empty until at least spring. We do charge them &she is aware.
