Thanks for checking the reading, if it's all 0's there is definitely something wrong. I double checked with Public Works to
be sure they couldn't make it today,&they are shorthanded & pulling guys from other departments to help with the
break. They can come at 7:30am for sure any weekday,just let me know what day will work for you after you get back
to work. I understand it may take time for you to arrange more time off. We'll just have to estimate how much water
you've used in the short time you've lived there. Thank you for your patience.

, So, w�hen I look at the face of it I don't see anything but zeros. I assume that means it doesn't work?
I leave for work at 6:30 and get home around 5, Monday through Friday. I assume they don't come out on
weekends? i'il have to see what day works for me when I get back to work since I've been off for a week. I
would prefer 7:30am and then I would end up having to drive in that day.

Thanks for checking,at least we know the numbers we have are correct,so then something is wrong with the meter or
the head itself. Could you try one more thing for me? That's to lift the cover on the meter,you should see a kind of
clock face and across the middle are 7 digits that look like the odometer on your car. Most of those numbers are 0's and
the last number on the right is a permanent 0. If you could give me all the numbers you see I can tell if the meter itself is
registering usage. Also you were gone for a while, had you been living in the home other than that so there should be
some water usage that should register?
We can schedule an appointment for another day for the guys to come check it out. 1'm sorry they aren't available
today. The cold weather causes a fot of water main breaks that can't be predicted. We do set up speci�c day at time
appointments on weekdays from 7:30 to 3:00 pm. They are not available at 9:30 or from noon to 1pm, but any other
time and weekday will work. Will you be home or availabfe another day? tt doesn't have to be this week.
