She also doesn't have an AMR yet so we could just switch out her current meter for an AMR head on the m35. Her address is 6736 Washington St NE, not sure if she's on the list for a letter this year or not. Would we charge her the difference for the M35 meter? We've charged and not charged in past so can't remember. What do you think? I'll call her back to schedule after I hear from you. For the billing it read 0068000 and that is quite high for only 26 days. I think it should have been 0006800. The system has done this to me before and not sure why.
