I forgot to mention the meter on Able street with the AMR appointment on Monday is foggy and hard to read. He had
emailed a picture to me and that is why it needs changing. The property is a 2 unit, but he may not be home at that

Prior to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line connecting Che existing municipal system and any house
or building for which the application is made,the owner or contractor�all be required to obtain a permit for wch
cannectian,and shall pay a permit fee as provided�n Chapte�11 of this C.�de. Aftec such cannectiun has been
made,the iNater and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shall be unlawful to caver any cannecting Gne until an
inspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereto has been approved by the City as a
proper and suit�ble connection.
402.d6.REP'AIRS AND MAINTENANCE TQ CONNECTION

line or a water service or sewer lead has been extended to the property line for connection,the appNcant�owner,
or the�csvpant or user of 5uch premises shall be liable for all�epairs required to arry water line and sewer lines -
necessary for connection of the premises from the main to the prernises. If the prop�Ity owner requests
maintenance service or repairs be performed 6y the City,the property awner shall be tharged for the costs of the
