402.05.PERMIT FEE
Prinr to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line conne a�or shal be equ redto�obt n a permit forsuch
or building for which the applicatian is made,the owner or con
connectian,and shall pay a permit fee as pravided in Chapter 11 of this Code. After such cannection has been
made,the Water and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shail be uniawful to tover any connecting line until an
lnspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereto has been appraved by the City as a
proper and suitable connecCion.
