402.05.PERMR FEE �
Prior to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line connecting.the existing municipal system and any hous.e
ur building for which the application is made,the owner or contractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such
connectlon,and shall pay a permtt fee as pravided in Chapter 11 of this Cade. After such connection has been
made,the 1Nater and Sewer Department shatl be notified. it shalt be unfawfui to cover arry connecting iine untii an
inspection has been made and such connection and the work inadent thereto has been approved by the Clty as a
psaper and suitable wnnection.
4Q2.�.REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TQ CONNECTION
After the initial co�nection has_been made to the water senrice curb stop box o�the sewe�lead at the praperty
fine or a water service or sewer fead fias been extended to the properry line for connectfon,the applicant,owner,
or the occupant or user of such premises shall be liable for all repairs required to any water line and sewer lines
necessary far connection of the premises from the main to the premises, tf the prop�tty owner requests
maintenance service ar repairs be performed by the tSty,the property owner shall be cha�ged for the costs of the
maintenance and/ar�epairs, including any necessary street repa(rs,at a tate set annualty by.an administrative
