� Prior to constructing or repair of any vuater or sewer line connecting the existing municipal system and any house
or building for which the application is made,the owner or contractor sha11 be required ta obtain a petmit far suck�
connectian,and shall pay a permit fee as provided in Chapter 11 of#his Cflde. After 5uch connection has heen
made,the Water and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shali be unlawful to caver any�onnecting Gne un111 an
inspection has been made and such conaection and the work incident thereto has 6een approved by the City as a
proper and suttable cvnnection.
