402.05.PERMIT FEE �
Priar to constructing ar repaic af any water or sewer line connectin�the e�dsting municipal system and any house
ar buitding for whtch the applicatian is made,the owner or contractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such
connectian,and shalt pay a permit fee as pravided in Chapte�11 ofthis Code. After such cannection has been
made,the 1111ater and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shall be unlawful to cover any connecting line until an
tnspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereta has been approved by the Ciry as a
praper and suitabie connection.
402.06.REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TU CONNECTION

necessary for connection of the premises from the main to the premises, if the prop�ty owner requests
maintenance service or repairs be performed by the City,the property awner shall he thatged for the cflsts af the
maintenance and/or repairs, including any necessary street repairs,at a rate set annually by an administrative
poticy. It shaii be the responsibil'�ty of the aPP�icant,owner,occupant ar user to perfnrm standard maintenance of
• the sewer service line from the premises to the main incfuding debris dearing ur roat cutting and to maintaln the
