Prior to constructing or repair of any water ur sewer line connecting the existing municipa!system and any house
ar building for which the application is made,the owner ar contractar shall be required to obtain a permit for such
cannection,and shal!pay a permit fee as p�uvided in Chapte�11 of this Code. After such cannection has been
tnade,the 1Nater and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shall 6e unlaurful to caver any co�necting line until an
inspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereta has 6een approved by the City as a
proper and suitabie connection.
402.06.REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO CONNECfION
