402.05.PERMIT FEE �
Prior to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line connecting the eadsting muniapal system and any house
or building for which the appliqtion ismade,the owner or contractor shatl be required ta abtain a permtt for such
connectian,and shall pay a permit fee as pravided in Chapte�11 of thi�Code. After such ca�nectiun has been
made,the ill/ater and Sewer Departrnent shall be natified. ft sha116e uniawful to cover any connecting line unfil an
inspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereto has been approved by the City as a
properand suitable connection.
