402.05.PERMfT FEE
' Priar to constructing nr repair of any water or sewer tine connecting the existing municipal system and any house
nr buitding for which the applicatian is made,the owner or contractor shali be required to otrtain a permit for such
connectian,and shal{pay a permit fee as pravided in Chapte�11 of this Code. After such conneetian has been
made,the Water and Sewer Department shall be notified. It shatf be uniawful to caver any connecting fine untti an
inspection has been made and such cannectian and the work incide�thereto has been approved by the City as a
praper and suitabie connection.
