402.05.PERMIT FEE
Priar to constructing ar repair of any water or sewer line connecting the e�dsting municipat system and any house
ar building for which the applicaUon is made,the owner or contractar shall be required to ubtain a permit for such
conrtection,and sfial{pay a.permit fee as provided in Chapter 11 ofthis Code. Affer such cannection has been
made,the iNater and Sewe�Department shail be notifled. it shall be unlawful to tover any connecting line until an
inspection has been made and suth connecCion and the work incident thereto has 6een appraved by the Ciry as a
praper and suitable connection.
402.06.REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO CON1VECf10N

or the occupant or user of such premises shall be liable for all�epairs required to any water line and sewer lines
