� Prior to constructing or repair of any water ur sewer line connectingthe existing municipat system and any hause
or building for which the application is made,the owner or contractor shall be required to obtain a permit for such
connection,and shafl pay a permft fee as provided in Chapte�11 af this Code. After such connettion has been
