or building for which the application is made,the owner or contractor shaA be required to obtain a penmit for such
connectiun,and shall pay a permit fes as pruvided in Cha�te�11 ef this Code. After such cannectian has been
made,the iNater and Sewer Department shalt be notified. 1C sha{t be uniawful to cover any cnnnecting fine unti{an
inspection has been mede and such conne�tion and the work incident thereto has been approved hy the C'ity as a
