Prior to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line connectingthe existing mtsnicipal system and any house
flr building for which the applicatian is made,the owner ar cnntractor shall be required to obtafn a permit for such
cannectian,and shaH pay a permit fee as provided in Chapt�r 11 of this Code. After such connectian fias been
made�the 1Nater and Sewer Department shail be notified. It shalt be unlawfu{to cove�any connecting tine until an
inspectian has been made and such connecdon and the work incident thereta has 6een approved by the City as a
proper and suitable cannection.
402.06.REPAIRS AND MAiNTENANCE TO CONNECfIdN
