402.05.PERMIT FEE � '
Prior to constructing a�repair of any water or sewer line connectingthe existing municipal system and any house
or 6uilding fo�uvhich the appticatian is made,the owner or contrector shail be required ta obtain a permit for such
cnnnection,and shall pay a permit fee as p�ovided in Chapter 11 of this Code. After such connection has been
made,the IlNater and Sewer Depattment shall be not[fied. it shatl be unlawful to cover any connecting tine until an
inspection has been made and such connecCion and the work iacident thereto has heen app�oved by the City as a
pruper and suitable connecHon.

line or a water seNice ar sewer lead has been e�ended to the propertyline for connection,the appticant,owner,
or the occupant or user of such premises shall be liable for all�epairs reQuired to arry water line and sewer lines
necessary for cannection of the premises from the main ta the premises. If the prop�tty owner requests .
maintenance senrice or repairs be performed by the Cfty,the praperty owner shall be diarged for the costs of the
