4t12.05.PERMfT FEE
Prior to constructing or repair of any water or sewer line cannecting the existtng municipal system and any house
ar building for which the appfication is made,the owner or contractor shail be required to obtain a permit for such
coanectian,and shall pay a permit fee as pruvided in Chapter 11 uf this Code. After such connection has been
made,the Water and Sewer Department shafl be notified. It shall be unlawrfui to cover any connecting line unfil an
lnspection has been made and such connection and the work incident thereto has been approved by the City as a
proper and suitable connection.
4�2.06.REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO CONNECi10N
