402.5 AERMIT FEE
Prior to sonstructing ar repair ffE arry water of sewer 19ne connecting the existing municipal system and arry house os buildin�g for which the
appiication is made,the owner or cor�tractor shal(be required to o6tain a permit for such wnnection,and shali pay a permiT fee as proyided;i

402.06 REPAlRS APID MAINTEAIpfVCE TO COMNECTIOM
After f,he inifiial connectio�has been made to the water service curb stop box or the sewer lead at fihe property iine or a water ser�ice lead has
been extended fio fihe property fine for connection,the appiicarrt,owner,or occupant or user of such premises shall be ifable for aii repairs
required to ar►y water line and sewer lines necessary#or connection of the premises from the main to the premises. ff the property onrner
requests mairrtenance service or repairs be performed by the City,the property owner shall be+charged for#he sosts af the mairttenance and/o
repairs,including necessary street repairs at a rate set anaually by an administra#ive poliry. k shaq be the responsibility of the applicarrt,
owner,occuparrt or user to perform standard mairrtenance of the seures servsce line from the premises to the main induding debris dearing or
root cutting and to mairrtain#he water service curb stop box fo�operabii'rty and afi such height as wiil ensure that it remains above the finished
