402.5 PERMIT FEE
Prior to constructing or repair of any water af sewer line connecting the existing muniapal sgstem and arry hvuse oc buitdin�for which the
appiication is made,the awner or coritractor shall be required to obtain a permit'For sucf�connection,and shail pay a permit fee as provided ii
Chapfier 12 of this Code. After such connection�as been made,the a/ater and Sewer Departmertt shall be not'rf'ied. tt shatl be untawful to cov
any tonnecting line urrtii an irrspection has heen made and such wnnection and the wor�c inciderrt thereto has been approved by the C'rty as a
proper and su�table connection.

requesfis mairrtenance service or repairs 6e performed by the City,the propersy omrner shaii be charged for the costs of the mairrtenarroe and/o
repairs,inciuding necessary sireet�epairs at a rate set annuaity by an administrative policy. It shaq be the responsbitity o#the a�{lcant,
owner,occuparrt or user to perform standard mairrtenance vF the sewer senrice line from the premises to the main Snduding debris deating or
root cutting and to maintain the water service curb sfiop l�ox for operability and at such height as wili ensure that it remains above the flnished
