Prior to constructing or repair of any water of sewer iine connecting the euisting muniapai spstem and arry house or(xtilding for which the
application is made,the owner or cornractor shal!be required ta ohtain a perm+t for such connection,and shall pay a permit fee as provided ii
Chapter 11 of this Code. After wch connection has been made,tfte Watec and Sewer Departmerrt shall ixe nofi�fied. it shall be uniawfiu!to cov
